Some basic requirements are below:

Essential duties and Responsibilities

Friendly, reliable and motivated team members
Answer incoming calls
Stock and rotate show floor inventory
Point of sale
Previous retail cashier experience a plus
Knowledge of gardening practices is preferred but not required
Good attention to detail
Maintain cleanliness of the sales floor
Merchandising
Bi-lingual a plus

Warehouse Positions

Physical Demands

Requires ability to rapidly and constantly lift large and heavy packages and to perform a continuous process of loading and unloading large boxes throughout a scheduled shift.
Able to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, re-stocking inventory, processing shipment and store merchandising
The ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
Must have ability to safely lift minimum of 50 lbs. without restrictions
Able to perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean
Ability to use and climb ladders
Requires ability to perform repetitive motions (i.e stocking, bagging, ringing up customers, etc)

We work with companies specializing in a couple products and others who have thousands in their lineup. Each of our stores also showcases local products to the area they are in. We have the top soils, lighting technology, nutrients, pesticides, storage products and more.
